Makes 1 Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Yerba Mate Ginger Elixir
- 1 teaspoon jam, any sweet jam will do (my favorite for this recipe is melon)
- Fresh mint
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add gin and elixir and top off with soda water.
- Serve with a teaspoon of jam that you stir into the cocktail before drinking.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
