Best Handcrafted Cranberry Ginger Elixir Sauce Recipe!

Ingredients:

16 oz fresh or frozen Cranberries
2/3 cup honey or add to taste
1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup ImmuneSchein Ginger Elixir (Holiday Elixir is amazing, but any would work)
1 tsp orange zest
1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine honey, orange juice, ginger elixir, orange zest and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the honey.
Cranberry Sauce Simmer
Add cranberries and bring to a boil. Once boiling, adjust the heat to keep at a low boil and cook for about 10 min, stirring occasionally until cranberries start to burst.
Cranberry Sauce Pop
Before turning off, add more honey to taste (if needed) then remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick.
Transfer sauce into jars. It will stay good for about 10 days refrigerated.
