This is my second order from ImmuneSchein this spring. I mix it with hot water and drink it every evening after dinner. I notice that I don't seem to suffer as much evening heartburn as I used to and the warm spicy drink soothes me before sleep.
My elderly mother loves the lavender flavor and also drinks it after dinner every night. I am looking forward to learning recipes for mixing it with cold water for summer.
