8 oz. (1 Cup) Water (Warm/Approximately 115 degrees)
Mixing Instructions:
- Mix the 1 oz. of ImmuneSchein Classic Ginger Elixir into your tea cup and stir.
- Drink this first thing in the morning prior to anything else going into your digestive system. After 30 minutes, you are free to eat the other approved food items on your list.

Ingredients
1/2 of a Fresh Lemon (Can use a whole lemon for more lemon taste. Your choice)
8 oz. (1 Cup) Water
1Tablespoons of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Grated Ginger
Tools Needed:
- Grater
- Tea Cup
- Tea Filter
- Spoon
- Thermometer
- Water Boiler/ Cooking Pot
Mixing Instructions:
- Bring 8 oz. of water to a boil.
- Squeeze your fresh lemon into the bottom of your tea cup.
- Use a grater to grate your ginger.
- Place the grated ginger into a tea filter in your tea glass. You can allow the ginger to lay in the bottom of the glass to steep while you drink it, but be careful of theses as you drink as they will enter into your mouth.
- Pour 8 oz. of boiling water onto your lemon and ginger in the cup and let stand until the temperature drops to 115 degrees. (Approximately 10 minutes, but can and will vary depending upon your room temperature)
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey into the cup and enjoy.
